Highway Electrical Industry Yearbook The Highway Electrical Industry Yearbook is sponsored jointly by the Institution of Lighting Engineers (ILE), the Association of Street Lighting Electrical Contractors (ASLEC) and the Highway Electrical Manufacturers and Suppliers Association (HEMSA). The object of the book is to provide analysis and a guide to the industry as well as a comprehensive listing of the organisations and people working within it. It is also intended to be a user friendly document that is used every day and that sits on people's desks rather than on their shelves. For this reason it has been produced in a ring binder format.
